The Guilford College Office of Alumni Relations and the Alumni Association Board of Directors welcome you and your family back to campus to honor the Guilford College Golden Circle and celebrate the Class of 1963 on their 50th Reunion.
With classes still in session, reunion goers will have
access to an active and vibrant campus.
Friday evening will see the induction
of the Class of 1963 into the Guilford College Golden Circle on the occasion
of their 50th reunion. This year, the Class of 1963 will welcome the Class
of 2013 into the Alumni Association. This is an effort to increase awareness
of the College’s mission to keep alumni engaged for the benefit of future
generations beyond graduation.
Saturday will begin with breakfast in the Gilmer Room of Founders Hall,
followed by Max Carter’s Historical Campus tour. This year for the first time, we
will offer a Sustainability and Farm tour by hayride. Alumni will
have the opportunity to see the campus from the comfort of a hayride! The ride
will end at the Guilford Farm with a tour by farmer, Korey Erb, and a
farm prepared lunch. The evening will include a Reunion Class of 1963 dinner at the O'Henry Hotel, including music and remarks by faculty and staff.
The Golden Circle will also have their annual reunion dinner to be held in
the Gilmer Room.
